Seahawk Landing Sublease

Description

I am looking for a female uncw student in sophomore standing to sublease my room in a 3 bedroom apartment on campus. The room is plenty of big and has a bed, dresser, and desk with a decent size closet and plenty of storage space. There is one other roommate who will be there who is very friendly and keeps things neat. The third roommate is graduating in December so another new person will also be coming in. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, a microwave and furnished kitchen and living room. I am in bedspace A which mean you will get the room that has a bathroom to itself.
