Refrigerator access, Laundry, Wireless internet, Direct TV with genie recording ability in breakfast room, close to public transportation, Park and ride to downtown, shopping , grocery store and drug stores within walking distance along with all major retailers within a 5 mile radius. We currently have residents that are either transferring to Houston or here on temporary assignment that do not enjoy extended hotel experience. If you are employed and considerate of others then this could be a great place to land and feel like you are home. The home is in the Spring/ Woodlands/ Champions area with quick access to 1 45 north and south. Park and ride is a short commute at Rankin road for downtown commuters. Pristine garden and surroundings and very safe with alarm and camera security system. Police respond within 5 minutes of alarm activation.
