The room can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished if you have your own furnishings. Access to the common areas of the home, living room, kitchen, and washer & dryer, community pool. Non smoker, clean & quiet please. I am a 40 year professional with a 17 year old daughter. We also have a small dog. First months rent & deposit to move in.
