I've lived in my home for 22 years. Kids are grown and I'm working to pay off my mortgage with housesharing. I'm a REALTOR and work out of the house mostly.
My home is well-located and I keep it clean and picked up. I wouldn't pass the "white glove test", but it's reasonably clean. I do the cleaning myself and have the yard professionally done. I think you will like the aesthetics of my home-I am an artist-type, and I like lots of color, paintings and interesting objects. I am NOT a hoarder!
Most of my past roommates stay for long periods. My longest has been 3 years. I am still in touch with many, so you know I'm a friendly and reasonable person.
A good roommate is not overly particular, considerate of others, friendly and has good, positive energy.
