I am currently looking for a sublease for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, kitchen table nook, living room, balcony and laundry room. I am being relocated a lot sooner than I was expecting. The lease term is from . Leaving 9 months left on my current lease. The apartment is in the Apartments at the Arcadian. Located close to everything Sugarland has to offer. It is a gated community and very friendly. The apartment includes new carpet, new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer included. They also offer a gym, swimming pool and personal mailbox.
