This room is f / f. and the house is f/f. there is other 3 people who are professional and working during the day . the house is very tidy ,clean , stylish with nice professional people who are N/S and no night party .

We are looking for some one who is easy going , friendly and tidy and clean, also professional or students from Griffith University.

Walking 50 meters is a public bus stop with the bus #742, #738 to and from Griffith Uni. 5 mins walking is another bus stop with 2-3 buses from Nerang station to Australia Fair CBD.

5 mins driving is the a few CBD and shopping centres , 10 mins driving is the beach. 5 mins driving to Nerang train station. 3 mins access the high way to Brisbane.


This master room for 1 person $180 per week or $200 for a couple. All water , power, fast speed unlimited internet and garden care bill are inclusive.
