Unit shared with 24 year old male, occasional visits from girlfriend. Study part time, work full time. Often not home for most of the day, leaving the home to your privacy.

Bedrooms located upstairs with main bath, main level is living area, kitchen and half bath. Partially finished basement contains washer/dryer.

Rent includes utilities, including WiFi. (Cable is not activated but is wired, can be discussed if applicable) Rent negotiable.
