What I am and am not looking for:

-Someone reliable. Can pay rent on time and has some verifiable income.
-Someone with a dog may be considered (if your dog is dog aggressive or territorial you will not be considered for the room)
-Someone who does not smoke inside. If you smoke weed that's fine, but do it outside. I have a huge deck outside for hanging out.
-Someone who is relatively clean. The current tenant expects people to clean up after themselves in common areas.
-Prefer only one person for this room.

There is currently a woman in her late 20's occupying the guest bedroom that you will be sharing the condo with. I will ensure that everyone meets to make sure that there is a good fit between her and the potential roommate. She also has 2 dogs. If you are interested in the room and you also have a dog we will make sure they meet each other to make sure they are compatible as well.

Rent Specifics:

725 a month-
Will require first months rent with 725 security deposit upon move-in. If you move in mid month it will be a pro-rated amount rent+entire security deposit.

This room is available immediately.
