Hello! I am a young professional doin the 9-5 and I'm looking for a roomie for a 2-bd I am renting. The place is newly renovated and clean.

Positives: The apartment is in a house (not a million-unit high-rise), and I don’t own too much (there is enough furniture to share: dining table & chairs, armchairs and a chaise longue in the living room), so the apartment is spacious.

There is also a full-sized oven, dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. A large storage room at one end makes putting stuff away easy. The available room also has it's own charming little storage space (in addition to the closet).

Central A/C, anyone? Yep, I got that, too ;)

Negatives: The yard is only accessible to the landlord (upstairs). Aaand yep, it’s a basement. But, the basement of a HOUSE!

Buses/cycling: 10 mins from downtown by bike, and the 5, 7 and 12 buses pass within a few blocks. Rent is 1180 (everything included!), so 590 each.
