Unfurnished bedroom with own study/loungeroom available in a super cute workers cottage in Wooloowin! Your room has a ceiling fan, a wall full of cupboards and french doors opening onto the front porch - plus you get a second smaller room as a study or your own sitting room.

Looking for somebody to take over my share of a break lease, available late November/start of December (date negotiable). Both rooms are also available at $140pw if two people would like to move in. You will be sharing with a 23yo female nurse (shift-worker). Current lease is until 11 January 2016 - perfect if you're after a short-term stay over the holidays. The landlord is likely to offer an extension, so if you're after somewhere more permanent that's a definite possibility.

Really light and spacious house with air conditioning, wooden floorboards, on a big block with a cute porch great for entertaining, fully fenced backyard and Hills Hoist clothesline. Undercover parking available for one car and plenty of free on-street parking. One internal bathroom but there is also an external toilet.

Close to the city, only a 5min walk to Wooloowin train station and a 10min trip to the city. There's also a bus stop nearby for a short ride to Chermside.

Ideally looking for ladies in their twenties who are clean, tidy, reliable and easy going :) Sorry, pets aren't permitted (though there is a friendly neighbourhood cat in the backyard often and readily available for kitty snuggles, if you're that way inclined). Message for more details!
