I am looking for someone to take over my lease for the spring semester 2016 at Sterling Burbank. It is a two bedroom and is quite spacey. My roommate is a first year grad student and she does not make a lot of noise at all and is very respectful. She is pretty great. The place is located on the second floor that can be easily accessed through the parking garage.Please let me know if you are interested. Thank you.
The apartment is less than a mile away from LSU campus and only a 15 minute walk from the Union.
