1 bedroom with private bathroom. I recently got a job in the DC area and need to sublease for the remainder of the lease ( about 7-8 months). My roommate still lives there but is looking to move out as well. Room is available immediately upon approval of application. I am trying to rent out both rooms. One is being applied for today.
