Private Room in House for Rent

Description

We are advertising for a private room in a recently renovated house, with me (Dave), my friend Aaron, and his dog (Jezebel). The room has a ceiling fan, and our previous roommate left a mattress, which you can keep or throw out.

The house is very nice with white porcelain tile floors throughout, shared kitchen with polished slate counters and modern appliances, and washer & dryer in the garage. The shared areas of the house are already furnished, with couches, dining table and TV. There is a backyard, and the house is near I-95 in El Portal, so it has very easy access to Miami or Ft. Lauderdale.

We are both pretty chill guys: and I sells airline parts. We work a lot during the week, and we go out during the weekend (mostly Wynwood), but do not really bring the party back to the house, so to speak. or text if you are interested and/or have questions.
