A situation for one other person (pref. male) transitioning to more permanent housing in the near future, rent by the month, $250 mo (+add $25 for utilities due on the 6th of each mo).

Overall apartment space; a clean quiet refuge for study or rest, safe, no drama, no noise or annoying smells for anyone to cope with.
