Apartment is 10 minutes from Pacific Beach, and highways are easily accessible. Laundry, pool, and hot tub on . I am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease starting in December or January. The lease goes until March, but you may choose to stay longer. Roommate is very clean and quiet. I have had absolutely no issues living here but have been offered a job closer to home! Living and dining areas are furnished, and I am willing to leave my bed and patio furniture if the new tenant needs! :-)
