Master bed w/ Private bath

We have a master bed fully furnished available by 11/15/15. Spacious, high ceiling, private bath with new toilet, 2 big closets (one is walk in). All pictures are of inside the room. Comes with covered king mattress but not pictured. The current tenants have some of their belongings pictures but will be totally cleared out by the 15th. 600/m plus split utilities which are about 50. Month to month lease and room will definitely be available for the month of November, December and February. We have created a very conducive environment that hums peace and tranquility. House is always clean and smelling goood. We also have a nice screened in front porch. We are artist and art collectors so lots of art on the walls. We are also surrounded by incredible nature trails and forestry. Nice community pool and sports. Just down the road from 17-92 so very easy to get anywhere. we do require background checks.
