Complex has 2 pools, fitness center and is close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Open to renting to a single mother with 1 child, student, single female. Must have full time job outside of home and financial stability to pay monthly rent and bills. A bit about myself full time working professional for a growing company. It's myself and 9 yr old daughter, we are very laid back and drama free. Cleanliness is a must. Very friendly enviroment.
