I'm moving out of Asheville and need to find someone looking to sub let my room. The lease ends January 31st, and is available now! This would be a great transitional home for anyone looking to get a feel for Asheville! Rent is $320 a month plus utilities. The bedroom is apart of a three bed/one bath house, with a living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, and fenced in backyard. The bedroom is the only room not furnished. Currently two other roommates live there, as well as a dog and cat. Sorry no more animals allowed. The roommates are a male and a female, both in their mid twenties, and work multiple jobs. They are both very laid back and keep to themselves! The house is located in a neighborhood across from Erwin High School, and about 7 minutes from West Asheville and 10-15 minutes from downtown.

The lease is through City Real Estate, and there is a $45 application fee. If you get approved and would like to move in, I will reimburse you for the fee. You must have previous rental history, no criminal history, and proof of income. Check out their if you have any questions!
