Room for rent in port norfolk area of Portsmouth. On 1st floor, room is carpeted and has private full bathroom attached. You will have access to kitchen and the things in it, yard and living room, the current roommates and I have bedrooms on the second floor. We have a washer and are working on getting a dryer. We have a lot of animals so you must be animal friendly, including but not limited too dogs, cats, and ferrets. We prefer you have no dogs as we are currently at the city limit however cats and caged animals are ok! This would be perfect for someone who loves animals but does not want the responsibility of your own. 3 of our 5 dogs are pitbull type dogs so you must also be bully breed friendly. All dogs but one are crated or confined when we are not home and you are not expected to help take care of any animal that is not yours. We all take good care of our animals no messy cages and such so that is no worry. We do have a roommate agreement we all sign that basically states you will respect everyone in the house and clean up after yourself. Rent is $375 a month. We split the internet/cable, the electric and the water (water bill is every other month) and usually after that the total comes to around $500 a month give or take some. Pictures available apon request. Looking for someone to move in December 1st and it is a 6 month lease. There is a $225 deposit that is refundable as long as here are no damages to the room when you leave.
