The apartment is located on the first floor. Renter's insurance is required, also $50 application fee when applying for the lease. My room is the only one of the 4 rooms that does not have a walk in closet but it has the most spacious/biggest bathroom of the 4. Closet is still very large, wall to wall & deep.
