UNIVERSITY COURTYARDS SUBLET!!!!!!

Hello! I am graduating this semester so I need someone to fill my bedroom in Courtyards until July. I am less than the going rate so it will be cheaper for you! Everything is included: furniture, cable, internet, laundry and parking. Also there is guest parking available. I live with three girls who are clean and very friendly. This complex is very nice and has all the amenities you could possibly want. There is a swimming pool, a gym, study room and hang out room all within a short walk. I have loved living here for the past two years and am in need of someone to fill my spot! Its a large room with two big closets, dresser and desk. Also a nightstand and a double bed are included.
