We are two roommates looking for someone to take over our lease!
The lease doesn't allow for animals so we are moving out!

Beautiful home located off of Dean Road in the deed restricted community of River Park, located near 408/417, UCF, Downtown Orlando (15 minutes) and Winter Park (20 minutes)! We love the house, we just also love the animal! :) The master bedroom is occupied by the third roommate, so this is a listing for the two guest bedrooms which has a bathroom located in the middle.

The home features an outside patio and a backyard.
Home includes living and dining room, family room, open concept kitchen with breakfast bar
Wood and tile flooring through out, very easy to clean!
Vaulted ceilings, with ceiling fans and lights in every room.

Lawn, utilities, and internet not included in the rent.
$425 for each room!
Two girls 18-30 preferred!
No Pets!
No smoking!
