Utilities ( gas,water,power,cable) they are separate from the rent. The cost for the utilities are split equally by the number of people living in the apartment, there will be a $50 refundable safety deposit the day of move in. The room is unfurnished. No pets, no smoking inside, smoking outside is permitted, no kids.
