I'm a 27 year old professional female who currently works from home in IT. I am a self-proclaimed foodie who loves to go on adventures. I'm kid, pet and drama free and looking for a roommate with similar traits to share my 3 bedroom house with. House has a large back yard with a screened in patio. Living room is furnished with a brand new, SUPER comfortable sectional couch which is perfect for watching movies on the 55 in Smart tv. Located in a quiet area of Saint Lucie West, you will have quick access to I-95 and many shopping plazas.

As a tenant, you will have your own bathroom and full run of the main living areas. Rent is $550/month with everything included. (Comcast Cable and Internet, lawn, trash, water, electric, etc) To move in, I will need 1st and last months’ rent, plus a background check. I am willing to work with you on the last months deposit if necessary.
