I am looking for a roommate in a two bedroom two bath loft that is located right next to the beltline, Inman Park and Krog Street Market. The loft is in a gated community (reserved parking) with a pool and gym. The apartment has two private patios, one on the main level and one rooftop patio with a killer skyline view. You have a private bathroom and two closets with built in shelving. There is a washer and a dryer in the unit. The apartment will come furnished with the exception of your room and bathroom. The lease is 12 months starting Oct 1. Since I have not officially moved in, the pictures shown are from the listing.

I'm a recent college graduate just starting my career. I stay really busy with work during the week but I still like to have fun on the weekends. I'm really easy going and would like a roommate that will be social. I like to be friends with my roommates, not strangers. I like to keep the kitchen pretty clean and I have a cat who thinks he's a dog.
