We are a fun- loving, laid back, but responsible household that would like to find a responsible but similarly liberal-minded housemate to share our 4 bdrm, 3 bath house in the fun and trendy Southend district of Charlotte. singe story home in the Southend/Segwick area of Charlotte. The house has off-street parking, a spacious beautiful private fenced in back yard- with deck and garden. Electric, gas and cable included. The medium sized bedroom available can be furnished or unfurnished if need be. The house is simple, comfortable, and well maintained with a storage shed, living great-room, full line-up paid cable and hi speed internet. We already have a very sweet small dog, so pet friendly.
