Looking for a room for rent

Description

I am looking for something with a good amount of space, around 500 sq ft. Hopefully a private bathroom, but not essential. Just need to be able to keep my things and have a place to relax, and maybe have a few friends over. I'm decently tidy, and manage my personal spaces very well.
