The 3 bedroom 1st floor unit apartment is huge and gorgeous.
It features hardwood floors throughout, updated eat-in-kitchen, quaint built-in bookshelves, tons of storage, and great natural light.

No smoking or pets, designated parking is available behind unit (make arrangements with landlord)one year lease.

We're young professionals (two male) who work long hours and enjoy quiet downtime when we're home. We'll sometimes hang out and drink beers. Looking for a like-minded grad student or young professional, male or female.
