Northshore village room available

Description

Hey I've got at town home in north shore it's about 10-15 minute drive to UTC. Its $899 a month so after utilities I'm guessing $600 a piece. It's a two bedroom 1.5 bath with a washer and dryer. I have all the furniture needed for the apartment just not for your room. I have two cats and if you have an animal I can temporarily move one. I'm new to the area, no smoking tobacco inside, 4/20 friendly, very clean, I like to have dishes done and pick up in common areas. I'm pretty laid back about most everything else. I don't mind people staying over occasionally as long as you are respectful, no live in boyfriends. I'd prefer a female roommate.
