3 bed/2bath apartment

Description

Roommate moving out because he doesn't have a job. Have private room and 1 person will also have a private bathroom. Would prefer female roommate, easier to get along with in my experience. This is on the edge of Arlington near Flags park. I do not smoke but there is a patio if you need to do that. I do not mind if you work 9-5 or if you stay up late or have friends over. What is important is that we get along and it's not rowdy. having that said, if you like beer or wine that is all fine..

Could have sworn I filled this out already. We have a microwave and washer/dryer in the apartment as well.
