im renting one bedroom inside of my house(for one person ONLY ) the bathroom is in front of the rooms....( i need someone neat,courteous ,honest,respectful and clean preferably older ) working full time and busy most of the time (water, internet and electricity is included)........the train is a few blocks away and bus stops.... the house is located within 7 minutes from the Miami airport and 15 from downtown Miami my # is Tania Romero english/spanish....rent(475) and deposit(475) (all payments should be made in cash ONLY and on time ) minimum rent 3 months...
...serious and responsible people ONLY (NO drugs, NO parties in the house ,NO guest overnight NO visits inside of the house ) i will prefer someone with a clear and good profile... backgrounds will be check...
