I'm looking for a super awesome, fun, clean, and responsible roommate (gender neutral) to share luxury-style apartment with starting February 2016 (or even possibly as soon as Dec if you're able). I'm the first occupant of this unit, so everything is still pretty brand new! Kitchen has XXL island counter, brand new, updated appliances including dishwasher that actually works! Very nice, "HE" W/D in unit as well!

I am located at the Camden Flatirons apartment complex (within a mile or two of the Flatirons shopping mall). It's a fabulous location right off the new and improved I36 corridor sandwiched between Boulder and downtown Denver (about 20 min from Boulder and 30 min from downtown Denver, depending on traffic of course).

Split evenly, rent is approximately $900 each + utilities

This is a dog-friendly community, so your cat(s) or dog are welcome (I do not have any pets). As would be expected there are additional costs associated with having a pet; the leasing office charges a partially-refundable pet fee/deposit (I believe it's around $300) as well as an additional $25/mo increase in rent which would be tacked onto your half of the rent.
