looking for a roommate

We are looking for a roommate that is responsible and conciderate of others. Our home is in Portsmouth, Va. We have two rooms for rent upsairs. The upstairs has a half bath, a kitchenette and a common area with a 32" LED flat screen tv and cable. The full kitchen is downstairs, along with the full bath and laundry area. All utilities are included, as well as cable and high speed internet. The rent is $500 a month, with a $400 deposit.
We have fine dining restaurants, take out/ delivery and fast food places within walking distance. There is a city park with tennis and golf course. If you run or jog, there are several safe places to use. We have two gyms, Planet Fitness and the YMCA, 5 minutes away. There are two movie theaters, a Walmart, a Kroger Superstore and Food Lion near.
