Description

I have a room available for rent at my home. The atmosphere is very relaxed, quiet and welcoming. I am looking for a roommate who's between 23-30 that has a steady job or that's a student going to school. The home is 1400 square feet. The room available is large, sliding-door closet, and a large window. There is only one room being rented in the house, and they will have their own private bathroon. The other 3rd room is used as an office, with a desk, desktop computer and a futon. I, the owner lives there as well.
