My house is located in a safe quiet neighborhood in southeast Denver, twenty minutes from Anschutz medical, thirty minutes from Downtown, and twenty minutes from the Airport. There is a Central AC/ Heater, Central vacuum, Washer and dryer, alarm system with security cameras, and Easy street parking. House rules:No crazy party, but having a friend over from time to time it’s normal. Sorry but no smoking of any type, no drugs, Drinking occasionally is ok. Being social as we are living under the same roof but also having alone time is essential as well. Help each other in cleaning the shared areas. Pets:I have friendly Labrador. no another pets allowed. The rent will include all utilities (water, Trash, Gas, electricity, and internet), and there is a refundable security deposit ( half month rent)
