Hello!We are renting out our spare bedroom in Hollywood, CA. It comes with its own private bathroom. The room is currently furnished but can be removed upon request. The apartment is very bright, has a nice kitchen/living room as well as a terrace which are all shared, has good AC and washer/dryer. The apartment complex has a lot of amenities with a jacuzzi, a yoga room, a gym, a library, a conference room, and a lounge area.A bit about us, we are a woman and male professional couple. Both of us work at UCLA. We love traveling and eating at nice restaurants. When we are at home we like to watch movies or read books or cook or just generally live life. We are really friendly and love having people over.We're not just looking for a housemate to pay the bills but also someone with whom we can laugh, joke and all enjoy living together.
