I live with my little dog, peanut and my GF (who keeps house, dog sits & is a pro chef so there’s often leftovers to eat) but she’s only here part time! Rent includes all utilities, 2x monthly housekeeper for the common spaces & WiFi (with a heating charge Dec-feb when we have to use space heaters). The bedroom is ’, northern exposure -great windows so not loud; also quite cool even during the last heat wave. There’s a double hanging closet. There’s a big dresser and drapes should you want to keep them. Also we’ve got a fantastic air bed if you need a temporary bed. The apartment is steps sq ft. garage for storage, with washer-dryer and an old stairmaster. Kitchen is fully equipped though we can make space. The bathroom is split which keeps us from tripping over each other. 2 blocks from the lower Haight, 4 to Alamo park, 6 to Hayes valley. Not home all that much, quite clean but not necessarily tidy. The 2 little dogs would be fine with a small dog. But no big rambunctious dogs.
