I have a four bedroom square-foot home in Sherwood Oregon. I would like to rent out one of the rooms which I have done in the past and worked out very well. The bathroom is semi-private, and that you would share it with Daughter, who lives with me about three days per week. Other than that it’s just me in the house I work from home most of the time.
