We are looking to fill the master bedroom with private/attached bathroom in our , sqft house by March 1st. Cat considered.

About the room: bedroom is in a separate wing of the house. Detached soaking tub, 2 walk in closets, tons of storage in room, extra space for a sitting area or office divided by a fireplace and half wall, private walk out balcony. Floor to ceiling luxurious curtains. So much light. High ceilings. Unfurnished but we have an extra full size bed if you’re interested.

Shared space: living room with tv that we hardly use. At home gym with squat bar and free weights.

Fully gated spacious backyard, outdoor sitting areas, beautiful park and play structure across the street in culdesac. Safe neighborhood. 4 min from the 5 freeway. Would be open to letting you use our guest bedroom a couple times a year, Robot vac for downstairs.

Ideal roommate is quiet, respectful, mature. Does not smoke cigarettes. We are a couple and have a small dog and year old. Open to someone with a child. Open to couples
