Mature Engineering student from NL

Hello there my good people,

My name is Eduardo Monteiro Araujo, I'm an engineering transfer student from Newfoundland and I am here asking for some advice on possible housing leads for June, possibly May.

I am looking for a room in an apartment with clean and mature roommates, hopefully, in the area near SMU. A few desirable amenities would be to have a dishwasher, utilities included, ac for the hot summer days, and parking availability. My budget is around .

Some information about myself, I am , quiet and responsive roommate. May cook for the house on special occasions, and loves to help with handy work when needed. I'm also queer friendly, and big advocate for diverse groups. One of my biggest issues though is the fact that I am allergic to cats and dogs, so it will have to be taken in consideration.

PS: If needed, I can totally provide a letter of recommendation from my previous landlord.
PS2: I am currently visiting my family in Brazil for the winter, so our interactions would mostly be online until the move in date.
