Looking for a housemate at my 2-bedroom cottage in Tustin. It's a real rarity for the area, right by the and within walking distance of old town Tustin and Ranch.

You get a comfortable room that can come furnished or not.Three's spacious living room, fully-equipped kitchen, on-premise laundry, and a bathroom with two sinks and cabinets and a toto bidet. From the outside, the house shares a generous backyard, perfect for weekend barbecues or soaking up some sun. All of these come at a split rent of $, plus utilities, which include gas, electric, and internet.

Also we'll be sharing the property with two very friendly cats that you might see in the photos. Duke and Hobbes are both very chill and well behaved but love people. If you're allergic, there might be issues since they simply do not understand the concept of a lap they can't sit on or that someone would not want to pet them. Both have pet insurance and have their food and litter on autoship from chewy.

I'm currently splitting time between a job out of town and being in Southern California, so you'll likely have the place to yourself for months at a time. I would ask that you be willing to take care of Duke and Hobbes while I'm out.
