Gowanus - 2 private bedrooms

Description

Women Only – I’m moving out of my Gowanus (border of Gowanus and Park Slope) apartment and looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment has two bedrooms: a smaller one (currently fits a queen bed and a small dresser) and a larger room that I’ve used as a living room, office, and closet space. The kitchen is pretty big and bright. There aren’t built-in closets but I’m selling the two wardrobe cabinets shown in the pictures.

The lease takeover would start between February (ideally), running through the end of July, with the option to extend at that point. You’ll be signing a lease takeover agreement. I’m open to a March 1st move-in, but February th is preferred.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one friendly, respectful roommate, and we have a great dynamic—respecting each other’s space and keeping the common areas clean.
