Mt. Washington Room Available

One of our roommates took a job in Texas and will be moving out right after Christmas. Looking for someone to take over his portion of the rent for the remainder of his contact (7 months). His portion includes $700/month and roughly an additional $120-$150 for water/electric/cable/ect. We are two 28 year old males who keep the place clean and are non smokers. The house is located in Mt. Washington which is only a few miles from downtown. This is a three story house located on Oneida St. The room available is very private as it is located on the 3rd floor with its own full bath and a ton of closet space.
