I am looking for a responsible person (single) who has a credible source of income, good background check and good references. Your living space will include your own room and bathroom, access to kitchen, on laundromat, on gym, on pool and spa, parking space, high speed internet, and utilities included. I can also have the room furnished with queen size bed, dresser and ”tv at an additional rent price. Rent will be $ furnished.
