Hello! I am looking for a female roomate for a bathroom unit in Aspire, San Marcos.

I am a dedicated, focused, and private art and music major! I like to unwind and relax and also work hard on my career. I am extremely clean in common areas and would like a roomate who is very clean as well. I go to sleep early and wake up early, (going to sleep between the hours of am) and appreciate respected quiet hours (for the common living spaces) at night! I don’t smoke anything inside the apartment and I don’t want a roomate who does either, but we have a nice balcony in the building. I play loud electric guitar in my room and play music sometimes but am very mindful and respectful at night, and whenever communicated.

I am open to having pets are properly taken care of and quiet and not my responsibility!
