Room for rent in a quiet home

Description

I have a room to rent in my large 2-story home. The house comes with a backyard to relax in. The house is equipped with full kitchen appliances (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee maker), a laundry room (washer, dryer), with some smart home features.

The room is ft, unfurnished, on the 2nd floor. The room is for single occupancy ONLY, the income requirement is 3 times the rent, Credit and background checks are required and completed by RoomPrep for $. A min. credit score of is required. The home does not allow any pets/animals, smoking, drugs, and drama. No exceptions to any of the requirements.

The rent for the room is $ per month with a $ security deposit.
The lease term is 6 months Then month to month after that.
Utilities are not included but are split among the people that live here. (normally $ each)
