Perfect student home, 5 min walk from laurier campus and not far from waterloo campus. House unit has 5 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Subletting room as I am not up in waterloo for summer. May 1st to August st. There is air conditioning, good fast wifi, washer and dryer, dishwasher and many kitchens appliances (microwave, air fryer, stove oven, fridge, freezer) Main living area has couches and shared tv. Room is great size, can fit dressers, bed, desk and has nice tall closet. $ which is great price due to location. No issues with landlord or house ! Only people will be in house during this time period. Neighbourhood is cute and quiet, lots of students around. There is a nice side deck with bench. May be available to move in ealrier than May 1st (Late april) depending on my final exam dates. Female only unit, all roommates are super clean, kind and respectful.
