I’m looking for a roommate to replace me in a sq ft house. It is a bath The room is fairly large, has a built-in desk/dresser that fills a wall’s length, alongside a large window, two closets and plenty of storage overhead. It is unfurnished, but you really only need a bed. There’s also a two car garage, a shed and a lot of parking. Utilities are not included, but don’t cost much. There are three roommates who are graduating LMU this spring. So, the bathroom is shared with one of them. They are all kind and respectful. Let me know if you’re interested. Thank you!
