Room for rent (March 1st)

Hello, I’m moving out of the apartment I currently lease with my friend Davis. I’ll be moved out end of February, and the room will be available March 1st. I told Davis I would help find my replacement, and get candidates. Ready to lease starting March 1st.

The apartment is located at (Oakland Park)

You would need to be approved by the leasing company, and then you’d be added to the lease for the remaining 6 months.

It is a bathroom (shared bathroom)

Davis the other roommate will remain in the other room. From Alabama, really nice guy - and clean.

I am the one renting the room out. My room is the master, with a small walk in closest.
And I will not be living there as you would be taking over the room.

The apartment is unfurnished. The living room and my bedroom.

It’s $ for the rent, plus $ for utilities each month (for your half).
The apartment in total with Davis is a little over $

No deposit or last month’s rent required, just that you are added to the lease. And pay the $ fee to the leasing company for applying.


Also, the laundry unit is on the 1st floor under the stairwell. This unit is on the 2nd floor.
