I am currently looking for a roommate around my age or younger ( years old). The house is located near Rayford and . It is very close to as well so commuting anywhere in Houston is easy. It is on the border of the Woodlands buy considered Spring. If is also min from conroe. I am asking $ with half utilities. I prefer someone who does not party or drink a lot and does not constantly invite strangers. The room shown is furnished. I also have a larger room if you would like to upgrade. This also includes your own bathroom with a shower. You will also be able to use the kitchen anytime you want as well as the washer and dryer. I work from home and on weekends. I am very laid back and chill. My job requires me to be in call at nights which makes me a night owl. I usually stay up playing video games or watching movies/anime. Parts of the house are currently being fixed due to storm damage, and I am building a weight room, which you are more than welcome to use. There is also plenty of space for parking, and you will not have to worry about crime in the area. The property also has lots of front and back yard space if you need to walk your dog.
